Who we are

gryn is a SaaS platform which helps companies to capture, report and reduce transportation related carbon emissions. Our customers are global leading enterprises, such as Adidas, PUMA, Bang & Olufsen, Swarovski, Weleda and many more who require tracking of their carbon emissions along the supply chains for regulatory reporting purposes and to take action to reduce carbon emissions to reach their net zero targets.

 

We’re seeking an experienced Head of Customer Success to design and lead our customer onboarding and support strategies. You’ll play a key role in enhancing the customer experience, driving satisfaction, and ensuring long-term value for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a customer success strategy aligned with gryn’s mission.

  • Design seamless onboarding and efficient support processes together with the team.

  • Lead a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and dynamic culture.

  • Advocate for customers and integrate their feedback into product development.

  • Use data and analytics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.

Profile

  • Speaks fluent German and English

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, ideally in SaaS or platform environments.

  • Expertise in onboarding, support strategies, and customer satisfaction metrics.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and data-driven decision-making skills.

  • Drives own initiatives and thinks out of the box

  • Experienced with MS Office programes, especially Excel

  • Data affinity is an advantage
