About the role
Are you a driven, consultative deal-maker passionate about sustainability, logistics, and technology?
As gryn’s Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in our growth by owning the full sales cycle and building strong relationships across the logistics and supply chain ecosystem. Your primary focus will be the EMEA region.
This isn’t just a quota-carrying sales role. You’ll be on the front lines of redefining how freight is monitored and decarbonized. We’re looking for someone with a strong track record in closing software deals, a background or affinity with logistics, and a genuine desire to help businesses meet both commercial and carbon-reduction goals.
You’ll manage your pipeline from the beginning to the end, meaning from lead gen to closing deals.
Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, and close net new business with global enterprises and logistics service providers,

Serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers solve operational challenges through visibility and emissions intelligence

Manage end-to-end sales processes: from prospecting and discovery to solution design, demos, proposals, and contract negotiation,

Collaborate with customer success and product team to ensure a seamless post-sale transition and long-term value,

Share market insights with leadership to inform and evolve our go-to-market strategy,

Represent gryn at industry events, trade shows, and in sustainability communities
Profile
-
2-3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, ideally in SaaS, logistics tech, or supply chain solutions,

Proven track record in closing new business in a consultative, solution-oriented sales role,

You are familiar with sales frameworks like MEDDICC,

You have an experience working with at least one CRM like Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive etc.

You have an experience of using prospecting tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, Zoominfo etc.

Understanding of logistics, freight, or supply chain is a strong advantage,

Entrepreneurial and self-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment,

Passionate about sustainability, innovation, and AI-driven solutions,

Speaks fluent German and English (Additional languages like French, Italian or Spanish is a plus)
