Gryn provides a new solution to automatically track the Scope 3.4 / 3.9 emissions reporting for lager enterprises. With our SaaS collaboration platform, we enable logistics service providers to share their shipment data on our platform and we standardize the data, do quality checks and ensure compliance with regulations such as the ISO14083, GHG-P and other standards. Our Data check according to the GLEC Framework allows to easily to track the quality and take actions towards your suppliers.
We gather data from logistics service providers, do data quality checks and automate the data collection process, eliminating manual work.
Role
We are a growing SaaS solution in the Logistics Sector and are looking to enforce our team as of January 2025 with a new LeadGen expert!
As an SDR you would help the team to generate new opportunities / first meetings (Demo calls of the platform) via all kinds of outreaches. As of now we have setup several processes to reach opportunities such by Email, LinkedIn messages, Callings & Events but you are always invited to set your own process and to operate to your liking as long as you find success.
In the first instance you would book the calls for our AEs & AMs but with the time passing we are happy to let you take your own calls and build up a pipeline (Develop basically to a AE).
We are based in the Logistics Industry and provide a SaaS solution to collect data from logistics service providers for Scope 3 (3.4 / 3.9) reporting. Our target group are enterprises & SMEs in Europe with a revenue around 300+ Mio. €. The industry our clients work in variate in many directions such as Pharma, Automotive, Machinery, Semiconductors, Electronic Manufacturing and so on.
Profil
We are looking for a passionate salesperson, who is openly minded and willing to take responsibility.
- Speaks fluently English and German
- Drives own initiatives and thinks out of the box
- Self-disciplined, organized and ambitious. Able to consistently achieve daily and monthly sales goals and targets
- Positive and creative attitude with professional communication skills
- Resilience, perseverance, and the ability to overcome objections
- Proactiveness in reaching out to potential clients
- Experience in SaaS Sales
- Preferably some knowledge in logistics and/or sustainability
- Willingness to learn and grow
General
Onboarding: We will do some shadowing in the beginning with different persons of the team, onboard you to all tools and will basically equip you on the way. We live a learning by doing culture and also expect the new person to take actions soon.

Progression: Despite the role being an SDR, we are willing to offer quite fast Account Executive tasks and develop the role accordingly. The sky is basically the limit :)

Targets: Will be defined by the amount of meetings (first calls) booked and a closed amount (New ARR). In the first year we reach all goal, second year we have a great pipe to reach the target of the whole team.
