Gryn wins European supply chain start-up contest 2024 at InNOWvate

Updated: May 29

We are thrilled to announce that Gryn has won the prestigious seventh European Supply Chain Start-up Contest at the inNOWvate Supply Chain Event in Amsterdam on May 22, 2024. Organized annually by Supply Chain Media, this contest showcases groundbreaking start-ups, and we are honored to have been recognized among such innovative peers.

Our automated solution for collecting and validating CO2 emissions data in the supply chain resonated with both the expert jury and event participants. Competing against exceptional finalists Lagrange.AI from Switzerland and Quantics from Austria, we were evaluated on criteria including commercial potential, technological innovation, usability, and presentation clarity by a distinguished jury comprising Tariq Farooq, Jasper van Rijn, Emilia Jevakhoff, Thijs Gitmans, and Martijn Lofvers.

Our CEO and founder, Oliver Ritzmann, was delighted with the win and the related marketing campaign at Supply Chain Media. This recognition underscores our commitment to sustainability, as our platform facilitates the necessary IT integrations with logistics service providers. Already, 80% of major players automatically provide carbon emissions data to our platform, which we standardize and validate for comprehensive reporting.

We believe this victory will help propel our mission to assist companies in achieving their sustainability goals concretely. Winning this contest not only validates our efforts but also highlights the importance of sustainable practices in supply chain management.

We extend our congratulations to the other finalists and to Digilo, the winner of the scale-up audience award for their innovative warehouse solutions. The inNOWvate Supply Chain Event has been an incredible platform for showcasing our vision and we are excited about the future.

For those who missed the event, the recording of our pitch and others is available on the Supply Chain Movement YouTube channel. Thank you for your continued support as we drive towards a more sustainable future.
